An actor plays a super hero on screen, but for his kids he is just an ordinary man; a fake hero. He gets his chance to build up his image when he is abducted by a bunch of cartoons and frisked away too Toonpur, a land torn apart by political upheavals. It's left to this human hero to restore democracy in Toonpur by rescuing the rightful leader from the evil infiltrators: a bunch of ogres and ugly creatures.
