Yogi Bear

Life's a pic-a-nic.

Yogi Bear
Warner has revived a 1970s-era television series for the big screen, and failed to impress with the effort. The storyline, which features a mix of live action and animated characters, revolves around a nasty mayor seeking re-election. He aims to sell of the local nature reserve to developers to wipe out the town's budget problems, but he runs into unexpected opposition in the form of a local ranger, a female documentary maker, and of course Yogi the talking bear. This movie is releasing in 2D and 3D, this is the 2D version.

Sara Maria Vizcarrondo quote iconDumber than the average kid flick

ScreenIt
C. Fuchs quote iconWith so many films showing they can play to older kids and adults while simultaneously entertaining the youngsters, something like Yogi Bear feels like it's missing the boat and/or cheating older viewers who most likely wouldn't otherwise be caught dead watching this by themselves.
