Two alien babies arrive on Earth at the same time, and grow up with super powers. One becomes a hero, the other the villain. When the baddie manages to kill the hero, he finds that his life has lost meaning, so he takes some of the Hero's DNA and uses it to turn a cameraman into a superhero. Unfortunately, the new superhero decides he'd rather be a baddie instead. One thing leads to another and our original baddie is pressured into becoming the Good Guy to save Metropolis (and get the girl, of course). This film is releasing in both 2D and 3D, this is the 3D version.
