This appears to have gone straight to DVD overseas. After serving several years for manslaughter, a tough man is released from prison, only to learn that a young woman connected to him desperately needs an operation. The only way to raise the money is for him to go back to the life he swore never to return to: cage fighting. However in order to get to the big-money level, he first has to work his way up. Expect plenty of violence.
