The sequel to District 13 features more high action chase scenes, overloaded with parkour stunts. Things in the ghettos go from bad to worse when some bad cops kill some good cops and try to blame it on the ghetto gangs. However there is a tape of the incident, and when our heroes get their hands on it, the chase is on.
