The ugliest nanny on earth is back to sort out another family. This time it is a farm family in England during World War II. Daddy is away at war and mom is struggling with the two kids, a situation made worse when some cousins arrive from the city for safety. Luckily Nanny McPhee appears to save the situation, using her special ways and special magic to turn things around. The film is opening world-wide simultaneously.
