Two agents. One city. No merci.

Set in Paris, a low-level US embassy employee makes some spare cash doing odd jobs for the CIA. One day a Serious Agent arrives and ropes him in as a sidekick while dealing with assorted Asian nasties, who it turns out trying to kill the newbie. Much action and some comedy ensues to pad out the thin plot for 90 minutes.
