The Stoning of Soraya M.
Based on a true incident which lead to a best-selling book, this is the tale of a woman falsely accused of adultry in Iran soon after liberation. Her husband had his eye on a teenager and needed to get rid of his wife. We follow developments as others in the village are sucked into the plot leading to the tragic murder of Soraya. Warning: not for the faint of heart.
