Crank: High Voltage

Beyond over the top, the second installment of the Crank franchise picks up exactly where the first left off. After surviving a fall onto a car, our hard-pressed hero is rescued by Chinese gangsters, who promptly rip out his heart and replace it with a mechanical version. Big mistake on their part. We spend the rest of the movie following Crank as he works his way through the gangsters, seeking his heart back, while at the same time taking regular shocks to keep his pacemaker running. Expect lots of violence, nudity and bad language.
