Based on the true story of an 11-year-old girl who became the first female quarter-back in minor league history, this is a sports-underdog tale with a difference. Pushed by her uncle, who was a star on the same team many years before, she joins the team and soon impresses everyone with her skill. As the team progresses through the ranks, she draws the crowds to help build her small-town community and give them pride.
