Quantum of Solace

Daniel Craig's second outing as Bond picks up where the first left off, with Bond seeking vengeance for the death of the woman he loved. His investigations lead him to a group of baddies intent on controlling a scarce resource. Gaining control means taking over the government in a South American country.
