Two guys meet by accident while looking for a place to rent. It turns out that they both want the same place, but neither can get it, as the owner wants to rent it to girls, as his daughter also stays there. They guys decide to pretend to be gay, and this meets with the owner's approval. Problems develop when they both fall madly in love with the pretty young woman.
