A young man spent his childhood in and out of foster homes. His mother kept kidnapping and trying to convince him to become a doctor. She's now suffering from Altzheimer's and her son needs money fast to pay her hospital bills. He resorts to scamming people in restaurants, pretending to choke so that they rescue him, after which he sponges on them. He's also a sex addict, and a relationship with a nurse at his mother's hospital looks promising. Note that the film has plenty of bad language, sex and nudity.
