Carter is a rich young man, who spends his time as an outing companion for rich older women. He's gay, and not interested in them sexually. One day, a client discovers that her lover has been murdered, and persuades Carter to own up to finding the body. This simple lie soon escalates, as he becomes the prime suspect. He ropes in his own boyfriend to find out exactly what intrigues the people behind the scenes are up to.
