Three years ago, an FBI agent and his family were murdered by the Rogue Assassin. The cop's partner is still after the killer. For now, however, he is tied up with trying to bring down two rival crime families operating in his area. The Rogue Assassin seems to be working for both of them, along with his own private agenda. The cop hopes that closing down the crime families will finally allow him to avenge his partner's death. The film was released as ''War'' in the US.
