This feels like a remake of Love Story...
This film does not appear to have had much of an overseas release. An insurance salesman discovers he has cancer, with only two years to live. In spite of this, he starts up a relationship with a young woman, and they decide to make all his dreams and childhood fantasies come true. They have a lot of fun in the process, but the woman is hiding a little secret of her own...
