This kiddie's spoof of the super-hero film genre borrows ideas from Superman and Spiderman. Our hero is a dog, who is accidently given super powers in a lab. His new owner persuades him to adopt a double life, as a private 'citizen' and secret caped crime fighter. In between the routine missions and defeating the required evil mad scientist, there's also time for a little doggy romance...
