A young man is intelligent, good looking, and blind. He starts up a friendship with his eye doctor's receptionist, an Indian girl who is not bothered by his blindness. His brother and buddy, however, decide he needs dating experience, and set up a string of blind dates with shallow women, which predictably do not go well. In the mean time, the Indian girl has to deal with parental pressure, and the fact that she's already betrothed to a man she does not love.
