Georgia Rule

This chick-flick tries to take a look at some serious issues (incest, child abuse), but chickens out in the end. The story revolves around a rebellious teen, who is giving her mom a hard time. Mom decides to take teen to grandma's house out in the sticks, in the hope that gran's discipline will sort out the teen. The teen is soon disrupting country life by hitting on a Mormon boy as well as her employer, a vet. At the same time, she makes serious allegations against her dad, which drives mom to drink. Mom and gran also had a delicate relationship, and the kid's behaviour is not helping...
