The Reaping

A former minister lost her faith after her family were murdered in Africa. She now travels the world investigating alleged miracles, and using science to prove their non-miraculous nature. However, when she is called in to investigate a child murder in the American South, and the area starts to experiece plagues of biblical proportions, she finds her lack of faith called into question. The critics seem less than impressed.
