Wonder what Britney's up to these days...
A local teen drug dealer is king of his neighbourhood. He has the requisite group of hangers-on, and the occasional problem. One of his customers gives him a lot of trouble, and the dealers decide to kidnap the pest's younger brother. This works okay for a while, even the victim is glad to be away from his parents. However, as the full maginitude of their actions begins to dawn on them, they realise that they could be in serious trouble. This calls for serious solutions, which does not go down well with everyone...
