This very explicit film is the followup to ''Hedwig and the Angry Inch''. Shortbus is a club, where sex is part of the scene. Two gay couples, one male and one female, hang out there. The characters are searching for meaning in their lives, and sex is part of that quest. Not for the prudish or easily offended.
