A former sniper is persuaded to come out of retirement to prevent a plot to assassinate the US President. However, in a surprise twist, he finds himself set up for shooting a presidential guest. Wounded and on the run, he turns to his ex-partner's widow for help. With the clock ticking, they have to clear his name and nail the guilty parties before the cops track them down.
