A hitman wakes up to discover he has a problem: a rival has injected him with a poison, which will kill him unless he can keep the adrenaline levels in his blood high. So he switches into franctic action mode, engaging in all manner of outrageous violent and sexual behaviour, as he tries to simultaneously track down his assassin and find a way to stay alive, before time runs out.
