The followup to 'Narc' produces more comic action. Our hero is a Vegas stage magician who becomes a snitch for the FBI. The mob does not like this and puts out a contract on him. The FBI has him holed up in the penthouse of a casino, but with a million dollars on his head, every assassin and wanna-be assassin is soon trying to figure out a way to make the hit. The disparate variety of killers and methods provide the entertainment value as the FBI tries desperately to keep their witness alive.
