Watch me get this guy into a Mini Cooper!...
Disney rolls out yet another crowd-pleasing sports underdog movie, based on real people and events back in the 1970s. The underdogs in this case are a rookie coach and a 30 year old bartender-turned-footballer, who secured his place in the team after public tryouts. The film sticks within the genre, so there are no real surprises, but the characters provide the entertainment, lifting the movie somewhat above others of its ilk.
