More of the same for fans of the series, although media reviewers were not impressed. There are two plotline, each concocted by a sadistic killer and his assistant. One thread involves forcing a father, who lost a child in an accident, to come to terms with what happened. The other story involves forcing a surgeon to do open-brain surgery on the evil genius behind the plots. Expect gruesome scenes, so sensitive viewers should look elsewhere.
