A time-travelling action thriller with a bit of romance thrown in on the side. As usual with timewarp movies, the plotline is a little complex as the action switches back and forth between the present and the past. Our hero finds himself helping the FBI investigate a ferry bombing. The government has developed technology that helps them see into the past, and they use this to try and identify the bomber before he set the bomb. A mysterious young woman who died on the ferry soon becomes a key part of the investigation, as she has sent our hero a message before she died. As he gets closer to the truth, he also finds himself attracted to this woman... and suspicious of his partner.
