This film purports to show the origins of the Leatherface legend. A young couple are on a road trip when they are involved in an accident out in the bundu. The sheriff arrives, and thus begins their ordeal, where they are taken to a secluded house. There they are tortured and terrified with an assortment of treatments and instruments, including the infamous chain saw. Not for the squeamish.
