Why does the woman always get to ride?
A retelling of the classic Christmas story, detailing the relationship between Mary, Joseph, and the birth of the baby Jesus. Set at a brutal time in Palestine, Mary finds herself pregnant and in an arranged marriage with a man she hardly knows. Together they have to make a 100 mile trip to Bethlehem, where they are forced to take shelter in a stable. There, she gives birth.
