Featuring a cast of Bollywood bigshots, this romantic drama looks at what it means to be a father. A couple is overjoyed when their son returns from overseas, finds a wife and settles down. Their marriage is blessed with a child. Another young man, who was interested in the same woman, accepts defeat and moves to Europe to start a new life. Then tragedy strikes and the son dies. In an attempt to restore the happines, the grandfather decides to ask the other young man to marry his daughter in law... but his brother objects to this plan.
