This is definitely my LAST water movie!
This watery knockoff of ''An Officer and a Gentleman / Topgun'' failed to impress the critics. It's set at a US Coast Guard training camp, where an aging rescuer trains the new recruits. One of them is a cocky young chap, and they go through the instant-enemies-to-lifelong-friends routine, before they end up working together rescuing people from a watery grave.
