An aging cop, more interested in getting drunk than doing his job, is assigned to escort a witness across town to a jury hearing. The witness saw some cops doing some things they were not supposed to, and this can of worms could have far-reaching implications. And so the trip across town soon becomes an action-laden nightmare, as the pair find themselves up against a group of cops who want the witness dead...
