It's springtime and a group of animals, fresh from hibernation, are busy collecting food and stocking up for the coming winter. Their activities are blocked by a huge hedge, but a newcomer persuades them that on the other side, there is plenty of (human) food. Soon the animals are collecting everything they can find... unaware that their new friend has an agenda of his own: he is trying to collect food to pay off a debt to a grumpy bear.
