This movie tries to take a look at race relations and racial tensions in America. A white woman does charity work in a black area. One day, she appears, distraught and bloody, claiming that her car had been hijacked, with her four year old son in the back. As the police investigate, the case stirs up deep-seated racial tensions in the communities. After a while, the cop begins to suspect that maybe the woman is hiding something from him...
