This is a Disney movie, so it is very loosely based on the real-life Casonova. Don't expect any hot sex scenes. Our amorous hero finds himself in a bit of trouble with the Church, which disapproves of his lifestyle. The Church wants him out of Venice, but he has reasons why he cannot leave, including the new young lady in his life. His biggest problem is that the young lady is already engaged to a fat pork dealer.
