A struggling bus driver, and his best pal, try numerous schemes and scams in a desperate attempt to raise money so that they can make the downpayment on a duplex. Naturally nothing goes according to plan as they lurch from one disaster to another. The film is based on an old US television sitcom, and at the time of writing, comes in at number 23 on the IMDB's list of 100 Worst Movies.
