A mom with three kids has a new husband. They find a run-down large old house for a good price, and decide to buy it, even after hearing that it was the scene of a family murder a year ago. It's not long before dad starts acting a little crazy, and decides he needs an axe as a constant companion. As more things go wrong with the house, and spooky things appear, the pressure starts getting to dad and his axe...
