A remake of the 1996 French film, L'Appartement, moving the story to Chicago. We pick up the thread in the middle, and learn the past through flashbacks while also progressing forwards. In essence a romantic quadrangle, with numerous plot twists, as a young man tries to track down a woman he had a romance with, only to find someone completely different. Reviews have been mixed, some reviewers saying the unbelievable plot twists almost turn this into a comedy.
