The original Agent xXx is dead, so his boss has recruited a new one. The madman that needs taking care of is the US Secretary of Defence, who is plotting to take over the Presidency. It's up to the new Agent xXx, along with assorted criminals, to take care of the problem. Expect a lot of guns, gadgets, babes and bombs.
