After her success in the first Miss Congeniality, our heroine is appointed the new ''Face'' of the FBI, in an attempt to jack up their image. She also gets a new partner, which leads to the usual teething problems. Together, they have to solve a kidnapping case, which provides the background for various comedic situations.
