Our heroine has a problem... daddy is president of the US, and so she is constantly surrounded by security guards who cramp her style. After high school she goes to college in the west, where she succeeds in losing the minders and getting some action with her roommate and a cute hunk. Naturally daddy is not impressed about having to juggle world affairs and a teenage daughter.
