Hollywood takes another look at serial killers, this time focussing on a serial killer who kills serial killers. He's actually an ex-cop who has developed psychic powers, allowing him to tap into the minds of his victims and their victims, as well as the mind of the cop chasing him. His main target is the eponymous Suspect Zero, a very prolific serial killer.
