Set back in the 1960s after Beatlemania and the Liverpool sound had swept the world, except for Ireland, where traditional Irish music was still king. An Irishman living in England decides to take an English band to compete in the Irish Battle of the Bands, where he will be competing against his own brother. The rivalry gets even more complicated when there is a bit of romance between opposing band members.
