Since the first one did so well, they had to make a sequel... This time around, Cody is at a CIA summer camp. The camp leader steals some mind-control software and begins the usual ''take over the world'' campaign. The CIA sends Cody after him. As per any decent James Bond flick, there is a pretty girl involved too...
