Wrong Turn

Another teen horror slasher, with shades of Deliverance and The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (without the chain saw). Stuck in a traffic jam on a country road, a young man decides to take a short cut, and ends up crashing into another vehicle in the woods, putting both vehicles out of action. He and one of the couples from the other vehicle set off on foot, leaving the other couple behind to guard the vehicles. The wanderers soon discover a rundown shack, with some unpleasant surprises inside. From then on, we're into who-dies-next territory as the teens find themselves pursued by three inbreds hillbillies.
