Set on a US army base shortly before the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, this film takes a look at life on the base. The main character works in a supply depot, where he runs a thriving black market business, dealing in everything from army stock to hard drugs. His boss is too occupied with promotion to notice, until three newcomers liven up the proceedings. Inbetween, there's also an MP using his own brand of law enforcement on the dealer. The film's release was delayed by the events of 9/11.
