Good Boy

Years ago, dogs arrived on Earth from Sirius, and ruled the planet. Now, humans are their masters. The dog emperor on Sirius sends a dog to Earth, to find out why, and to try to get them to resume their ruling position. After crashlanding here, the dog is adopted by a lonely young boy, who, when he learns of his new pet's mission, decides to help him to teach the other dogs how to appear to be in control. Naturally, the results are not always as expected...
