Kicking off 60 years ago in a Tibetan monastery, our hero is chosen to safeguard a secret scroll which gives its owner vast powers for 60 years. Some Nazis invade and try to steal the scroll, without success. Flash forward to the present, and the guardian is in New York, looking for a replacement. The Nazi is still after the scroll. The guardian meets a young punk, whom he comes to believe might be his successor... will he be able to train him sufficiently, and will the young man be up to the challenge?
