The prequel to the popular Dumb and Dumber, is, as per the title, the story of how these two idiots met. They're at high school, and the principal wants to run a scheme to steal some extra money for the school. So he sets up a ''special class'' and our two heroes are the first members. Unfortunately they both fall for a pretty girl who is trying to expose the whole scheme...
